How to get to us?
Our apartments are located at 1 Maja Street 94, in a convenient part of Katowice – with easy access for guests arriving both by car and by public transport.
Arriving by Car
In your navigation system, enter the address: 1 Maja Street 94, 40-240 Katowice.
Parking
There is a public parking area available in front of the building. Depending on the time of day, availability of spaces may vary. Detailed parking information can be found later in this guide.
Arriving by Train
From Katowice Main Railway Station (PKP Katowice):
– By taxi: around 10 minutes’ drive (approx. 3.5 km)
– By tram (lines 14, 15, 20): get off at Zawodzie Paderewskiego stop, then a short walk
– By bus (lines 70, 74, 109): get off at 1 Maja – Szpital Murcki stop
Arriving by Public Transport

– Zawodzie Paderewskiego (trams and buses)

Guest Parking
Directions to the Guest Parking
To reach the free parking area located by 1 Maja 94 Apartments, please follow these steps:
Drive along 1 Maja Street heading east.
Turn right onto Niedurnego Street.
Then turn right onto Cynkowa Street.
Next, turn right onto Ziółkiewskiego Street.
The free guest parking will be on your left.
The parking area is located directly next to the apartments and is available without prior reservation. If you have any trouble finding it, please contact us – we will be happy to assist you.
Apartment Check-In
Check-In to the Apartment
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM.
Check-out is required by 10:00 AM.
Building Code: 1🔑9494
The keys to each apartment are stored in a key safe located next to the apartment entrance door.
To open the safe, set the code (sent to you earlier by email) horizontally in the middle, then lift the flap to access the keys.
We provide free internet in all apartments.

Note: Before checking out, please dispose of your rubbish. It should be placed in the black bin marked “APARTAMENTY” located in the courtyard.

From Pyrzowice Airport to 1 Maja 94 Apartments in Katowice, you can get there by:
– Car or taxi – the journey takes approximately 35–45 minutes (about 40 km)
– Airport Bus line AP to the center of Katowice, then by tram or bus towards Zawodzie/Ziółkiewskiego
The most convenient option is to travel by car or to order a ride via a mobile app (Bolt, Uber, FreeNow).
Getting to Katowice City Center
From 1 Maja 94 Apartments to Katowice city center, you can get there by:
– Car or taxi – about 10 minutes (approx. 3.5 km)
– Tram (lines 14, 15, 20) – board at Zawodzie Paderewskiego stop → get off at Katowice Rynek stop (approx. 10 minutes ride)
– Bus (lines 70, 74, 109) – board at 1 Maja – Szpital Murcki stop
